What software allows me to change a batch of photos into cartoon pictures.

Please tell me a free quick software.

I"m pretty sure there is no such program because every picture is different from the next. At least I have not come across one yet.

There is a filter on Adobe Photoshop called Stamp that may have a cartoon feel to it but it's not the best.

So, i suggest trying pen[cil?] and paper or take your time and use a photo editing program.
